How much does Report Maker Cost?
You can use Report Maker free for a month. If you decide the program is useful and you would like to continue to use it then you must register.
For a single user licence Report Maker costs £30. See the
order form for further details on multiple user licences.

How do I get a copy of Report Maker?
You can download in it from this site. Just click on the download link on the left.
Can I get Report Maker on CD-ROM?
Yes this will cost £15 per CD on top of the licence you require,
i.e. £45 for single user licence. Please fill in the online order form :-
order.html I will invoice you or your school (you decide).
Why would I want the CD-ROM?
If you are having problems installing the copy of RM from my
web site the CD-ROM will solve your problems. You do not need to
unzip the version from the CD-ROM/floppy disk, simply double click on the setup
program. The CD-ROM also contains the latest version of the User Guide, which
you can browse at your leisure. And all the statement files
What Operating System will Report Maker run on?
Report Maker will run on all versions of Windows including 95,98,2000,NT,XP
Is there an Apple Mac Version of Report Maker?
No and none planned unfortunately. I’ve been asked this by a handful of
people and I just don’t have the time or resource to do a Mac Version.
How do I unzip the downloaded file?
Report Maker is distributed as a self extractable zip file, i.e. just double click on the exe
and it should install automatically. If you download the zipped version follow the instructions below.
You need a program called winzip. This can be downloaded from
http://www.winfiles.com or
http://www.winzip.com. You then need to run
winzip and open the report maker file you downloaded. Extract the report maker
files, and then double click on the file setup.exe. This will create and icon
to run report maker. For further instructions see my web based User Guide.

Can I print directly from Report Maker?
No, it’s meant to be used in conjunction with a word processor. The
formatting features of word processor would be very difficult to
reproduce in report maker.

You can download them from my web site. Please be generous and send me
your own report statement files. See below:-
How do I send you .rep files?
This requires you to attach your report files to an email.
Simply address an email to me, then click on the attach button (or choose the
attach menu option) then browse to the directory where you keep your report
maker files. If you used the default directory when you installed report maker
your files will be in C:\Program Files\Report Maker The files will have a
.rep extension, i.e. will be called filename.rep (where filename is the name
you chose to call your reports file).
How can I get support for Report Maker?
I provided email based support. I will go to
every effort to ensure you solve any technical problems that you encounter. I
usual respond to requests the same day.
